The company had recently embarked on an internal improvement project, but progress had been slower than they would have liked due to limited resources and insufficient people with depth of relevant knowledge within the company. The services NEPA offered fitted in well with their business strategy and together they developed a Productivty Needs Analysis and improvement plan.
The support they received was comprehensive, including organising improvement workshops, development of internal change agents and a workforce development programme. This has been ongoing for two year and has so far been very successful in driving positive change across the company.
